I FEEL SO GOOD  
AND AMAZING.

I decided to drink one healthy drink (re: not water which I already primarily drink) but something like my special lemon tea (boiled water with a piece of ginger, once boiled add lemon, take off heat, pour in some natural honey = BAM), mixed veggies and fruit drinks (that I make)...etc

AND IT'S MAKING  ME
FEEL
SO
GOOD.



First thing that came to mind... haha /don't hate
"I don't understand language of people with short money" buahahahaha


After watching Hungry For Change I decided to incorporate fresh parsley in my regular food intake. The latter part of last year I fell off my healthy food wagon and I'm glad to jump back in. I always feel my best when I'm eating well. Parsley is fucking powerful!



What I'm most interested in is the chlorophyll in parsley which cleanses your system. Not to mention the high amounts of Vitamin C AND those B12s which, considering I don't meat, will be incredibly beneficial to me (and probably why I'm feeling so great). Yes, I know, I should have gone into nutritional sciences. ><

So, my advice to you ladies and gents, is to get drinking some awesome, healthy drinks. Maybe it'll help your acid reflux vespawoman
